Robert Hellauer, Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Hellauer joined WellGen in February 2008 with over thirty years of broad financial leadership experience in the telecommunications, consumer appliance, and pharmaceutical industries. His background includes six years in private equity and venture backed environments, and twenty-five years with Fortune 200 companies. Prior to joining WellGen, Mr. Hellauer was the founder and President of West Jersey Financial Advisors, a financial planning and investment advisory firm. Previously, Mr. Hellauer held a series of executive positions in closely held and related companies: Executive Vice President Finance and Administration and Chief Financial Officer of Hypercube, LLC; Senior Vice President of KMC Telecom; and Chief Financial Officer of KNT Network Technologies LLC. Mr. Hellauer worked for AT&T / Lucent Technologies for over 17 years; he served as the first Director of Internal Audit for Lucent, and was the Controller of AT&T International before moving over to Lucent. Mr. Hellauer spent 3 years with General Signal Corporation as the CFO of the Regina Company. Early in his career Mr. Hellauer worked in the Johnson & Johnson family of companies where he served as Operations Controller for Jelco Laboratories.
